I understand that payment is required as stated in the Auction Terms & Conditions and that I am responsible for removing all purchased items. No delivery is available.*

I understand that I am responsible for inspecting merchandise before bidding and that my bid is a binding commitment to purchase the item if I am the successful bidder.*

I understand that all purchases must be paid in full by 5:00 PM on the day of the auction unless otherwise approved by The WoW Factor.*

I understand that purchased items must be picked up by the Tuesday following the auction during normal business hours unless other arrangements are approved. Beginning Wednesday, a $10 per day storage fee may apply to uncollected merchandise, and items remaining unclaimed for 30 days may be handled as abandoned property in accordance with applicable Texas law.*
