Texas Sales Tax Permit Number or Exemption Information (If Applicable)

If you are claiming a sales tax exemption, you must provide a properly completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339), or other documentation accepted by applicable law. The completed form may be uploaded below or presented when receiving your bidder number. Sales tax will be charged unless a valid exemption is properly established and accepted. I understand that all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and that all sales are final.

I understand that payment is required as stated in the Auction Terms & Conditions and that I am responsible for removing all purchased items. No delivery is available.

I understand that I am responsible for inspecting merchandise before bidding and that my bid is a binding commitment to purchase the item if I am the successful bidder.

I understand that all purchases must be paid in full by 6:00 PM on the day of the auction unless otherwise approved by The WoW Factor.

I understand that purchased items must be picked up by the Tuesday following the auction during normal business hours unless other arrangements are approved. Beginning Wednesday, a $10 per day storage fee may apply to uncollected merchandise, and items remaining unclaimed for 30 days may be handled as abandoned property in accordance with applicable Texas law.
