How to Participate
1. Register
All bidders must complete bidder registration and agree to the auction terms and conditions before receiving a bidder number.
2. Preview
Attend the scheduled preview days and inspect merchandise before the auction.
3. Bid
Attend the live auction and bid using your assigned bidder number.
4. Pay
Payment is due in full by 6:00 PM on the day of the auction, unless otherwise approved by The WoW Factor.

A 2.99% convenience fee applies to credit and debit card payments. Cash and Goldback payments are not subject to the convenience fee.
Applicable 6.75% sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides a properly completed and accepted resale or exemption certificate.
5. Pick Up Your Purchases
There is NO DELIVERY AVAILABLE.
All buyers are responsible for loading, securing, transporting, and removing their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, vehicles, trailers, moving equipment, and supplies for large or heavy items. Purchased items may be picked up after payment and must be removed by the Tuesday following the auction during normal business hours unless other arrangements are approved. Beginning the following Wednesday, a $10 per day storage fee may apply to uncollected merchandise. Items remaining unclaimed for 30 days may be handled in accordance with applicable law.
